Resumen

Introdução: Dentes imaturos e com ápice aberto representam um grande desafio para o tratamento endodôntico. Geralmente acomete mais crianças  em decorrência de trauma, lesão cariosa ou anomalias dentárias. Objetivos: Relatar um caso clínico de tratamento endodôntico regenerativo em um dente imaturo com necrose pulpar. Metodologia: Tratamento regenerativo com biocerâmico, em dente com abscesso apical crônico, realizado em três sessões, irrigado com hipoclorito de sódio a 2,5%, sem instrumentação e obturação com um material biocerâmico BIO C SEALER (Angelus®) e Bio C Sealer Repair (Angelus®) com guta percha e o selamento  com resina composta, acompanhado por  15 meses. Resultados: Após 15 meses,  constatou-se o fechamento apical, a presença de material obturador extravasado na região periapical e a presença de uma área hipodensa associada com a região periapical e ausência de sintomatologia. Conclusão: Cimentos biocerâmicos, em tratamentos de dentes imaturos associado com técnicas de endodontia regenerativa pode permitir o  fechamento apical e redução de tempo de tratamento.
