OS BENEFÍCIOS DA ATIVIDADE FÍSICA PARA OS PARTICIPANTES DO PROJETO “MEXA-SE” DO SETOR MAYSA 1- TRINDADE-GO

Resumo

Introdução: O projeto social "Mexa-se" é uma iniciativa da prefeitura de Trindade-GO voltada para proporcionar o acesso à atividade física orientada para a comunidade local. Objetivo: Investigar os benefícios da prática de atividades físicas para os participantes do projeto Mexa-se do setor Maysa Trindade 1. Material e Métodos: Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa de caráter explicativo/exploratório, através da aplicação de questionários estruturados aos participantes do projeto. Resultados: Os resultados indicaram que os participantes perceberam melhorias significativas em sua saúde física, bem-estar mental e qualidade de vida, além de uma maior integração social. Conclusão: Conclui-se que o projeto "Mexa-se" desempenha um papel crucial na promoção da saúde e bem-estar dos membros da comunidade, contribuindo positivamente para a qualidade de vida dos participantes.
